Saints QB Drew Bress expected to miss 6 Weeks

If you are a New Orleans Saints or have Bress in your fantasy football team , I have bad news for you , Drew Brees is expected to be out for at least six weeks after suffering a ligament tear in his right thumb on Sunday.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Saints quarterback will have surgery to repair the ligament and may do so as soon as Monday.
Brees left Sunday’s game against the Los Angeles Rams late in the first quarter after a collision with Rams defensive tackle Aaron Donald.
As of right now , the team has not yet announced whether Brees will go on injured reserve, however Teddy Bridgewater will be the starting QB for New Orleans after the team invested heavily in him in March, making him the league’s best-paid backup.
