The Santa Cruz Warriors (5-6) snapped its four-game losing streak on Sunday

Moses Moody was on assignment from Golden State, and two-way guards Quinndary Weatherspoon and Chris Chiozza helped Santa Cruz Warriors into victory against the Austin Spurs on Sunday.

Moody scored 27 points, 12 rebounds and five assists, Weatherspoon had 27 points, six rebounds, three assists and three steals, and Chiozza had 24 points, 10 assists and five rebounds as Santa Cruz snapped its four-game losing streak.

The Warriors trailed 30-24 after the first quarter, but won each of the final three quarters. They outscored the Spurs 38-29 in the second quarter to carry a 62-59 lead into the half.

LJ Figueroa had 19 points, seven rebounds, and three of the Warriors’ 16 steals.

Santa Cruz shot 47% (52 of 110) from the field and 30% (13 of 44) from beyond the arc. It totaled 27 assists against just 11 turnovers.

Jaylen Morris led the Spurs (3-4) with 21 points and five rebounds, and Galen Robinson Jr. scored 19 points. Zach Collins had 16 points and 10 rebounds, Jayvon Graves scored 14 points, and Damyean Dotson added 11 points.
